The two notices on this page, illustrate Albert Edwards involvement in the 
	nation wide organization, the Anti-Compulsory Vaccination League. He was the 
	Secretary of the Keighley Branch. The one on the left is for a meeting held 
	on 17th December 1888 for what appears to be their AGM and he spells his 
	family name as Schoon. The one right is associated with getting a member on 
	to the local School Board in a notice from 1890 were the spelling is Scoon. 
	Some of the wording on this document is typical of that used by the 
	organization, "The time has arrived when we should make a firm stand in the
	
interest of our Children, 
	independent of our Political Opinions or Religious Belief". It seems 
	there was wide support for this aim.
